I need a small piece of code to send messages to a Microsoft Azure EventHub.

- The messages are in Json format.

- They must be sent in Https mode (not in AMQP) and in batch mode (10 messages at the same time).

- Error codes must be managed.

I provide the message contents, and the connection strings for the Azure EventHub.

Visual Studio 2013 or 2015 must be used.
