Portal Development (3 Months 8 hrs. a day) -- 2

Please read the below in full before applying. We need someone who would be available full time Sunday - Thursday between 9 AM KSA - 5 PM KSA time for next 2-3 months. The access would be to our servers over VPN & Source code would be our property. NDA would be signed. Experience: Min. 3+ years Must Have: C#, Angular 5+, Asp.Net, ASP.NET MVC, Bootstrap, jQuery & SQL Server. Good to Have: Web API. Our requirements : We are creating a KYC portal which will contain the following features : 1) KYC Registration 2) KYC Update 3) Dynamic Dashboards & Charts with user access & role management. 4) Multilingual & RTL ( User to have the choice of English & Arabic ) 5) Role based Menus & logins for back end. 6) Back End & Admin Panel Some integrations : 1) SMS (We have documentation) 2) Email (We have documentation) 3) IAM (We have the api document for this). It is similar to Aadhaar card authentication in India. 4) Third party software integrations. ( APX/Tradenet) - Either document or mappings will be provided. 5) Arabic date picker 6) Dual Login provision (Email/Windows Authentication) along with 2-factor authentication. 7) Refinitiv world check.(We have documentation) 8) Logging at each level. Technology expectations : 1) Angular 9 for back-end/Admin Panel. 2) ASP.NET (Or Angular 9) for Customer facing front end. 3) SQL Server 2008R2/2016 as database. Entity framework will not be used. All access via stored procedures for the front end. 4) ag-grid.(We have the license) 5) Telerik controls. (We have the license) 4) Bootstrap 4.5 (for styling) 5) Portal should comply with OWASP TOP 10. As such pre-defined themes cannot be used. Documentation expectations (After discussions.): 1) Overall Architecture 2) High level Specs 3) Test cases. 4) Deployment. Time line : 2 months for initial. 15 days bug fix. You would be working under guidance from our tech architect for code quality, design pattern to follow etc.
