.net WINDOWS 10 DESKTOP application that will have built-in RDP client

Looking for a developer that can create a new, a bit different application based on what we have now.
The current application authenticates by inhouse API and allows SSO user to web portal from which he can connect to WebRDP.
I would like to change it a bit, and built-in RDP client to that application, so it would work like this.
1. Authenticate User as it is now (no changes)
2. Allow user to switch the button for additional authentication (no changes)
3.a. After success authentication, it will open WebPage (no changes).
3..b It will open additional RDP window and will log in the user to the RDP using the same credentials that have been provided during the initial login (need to be saved in the memory for that time)
4. When User close the RDP or either click the switch to close the access (already there) it should send disconnect signal to the RDP session
So what we are missing and would like to change in our app is from point 3b to 4.
The current app is written in .net
I would like to do it at a fixed price, it needs to be completed by end of this Thursday (11.14.2019), max this Friday (11.15.2019).
