IMPORTANT: Unless you have experience with Mac OS please DO NOT APPLY! We have a .NET 2.0 desktop application (single .exe, a few (max 5) very basic input forms (max 3 fields on) that launches a browser in Kiosk Mode if required (based on API call) displaying an HTML 5 webpage as content. The .exe can be provided with certain configuration settings such as URL, username\password (via forms) as well as some parameters (available from server URL via web API). We require the application to be migrated to .NET Core and to run both Windows and Mac OS - using either Xamarin or Avalonia UI. In the .NET application we have the "Always On Top" window functionality, which may or may not be possible in Mac OS.

By following your job description, I can install Xamarin framework in Visual Studio environment and can do the migration work.
