C# expert needed

I would like to iterate through resource images upon keyboard press and also have a timer for the images to shuffle through in the following application BigBox ([login to view URL]). This is done by compling the project and placing the 'custom [login to view URL]' in the plugin folder of the application.
For example, when keyboard key F1 is pressed the images associated in that respective folder (Folder 1) changes live in all six views while BigBox application in use.
Curently I have six .xaml theme files which I change the image manually by editing Image Source=, see structure below:

I was thinking something like a [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] file and retain changes, see what I am asking below.
