Requirement :eBay API : Issue Refund to Cases that gets escalated to eBay Customer Support.
Unsatisfied Ebay Buyer creates Case. Sometimes Buyer Escalates the case to Ebay Customer Support. We want to Issue Refund only to the cases which gets escalated to Customer Support.
I want to "IssueCaseRefund" using ebay API.
API version V1 and V2 both against the ebay Case escalation.
You May refer following API i am not sure it will work or not.I tried alot but not working for me.I need someone who knows the work and make it work.

Job will be considered as completed only when we can manage to issue refund using the solution. In case of failure or negative response from ebay API it will not be accepted as done.
