Developer to create Camera App using Ozeki Camera SDK

Need simple starter application on Windows 10 using Ozeki camera sdk. Need to be able to select and configure an attached camera for both video and still mode. Must be able to then take a picture or grab a video frame and save to png file.

Needs to enumerate all available USB cameras and then enumerate all still and video modes. User should be able to select the camera and the operating mode (resolution, fps, etc..)

Then a button press should either save a frame from the video stream or take a picture. (if in still mode)
