Build me game in GDevelop or UNITY3D / Aug 16

Need P2P games to be developed for cross platforms (Android , iOS and Web browser) - All games are simple table / Board Games. like Poker, Chess, Checkers...etc - but will have to follow game logic and in game times that can be set in the admin control panel from the backend.

Initial quote is for

1. Texas Hold'em Poker - consist of lobby area , private tables, normal tables , tournament tables, shoot out tables for player side and for back end side table creation , setting small blind / big blind for tables, setting of commission per table along with min/max buy per table, setting of timing for player to play hand per table, setting of commission per round or per game or per hour or per tournament or per shootout, closing/editing new tables , pausing tables to be shown in lobby.

2. Roulette Wheel + Board +API's - Using physics engine for the ball rolling and falling and with recording of every spin and out as a video file - front end lobby area for players , encashing to play on tables, selecting tables to play on with chip color, back end setting table buy in, table min for number , splits numbers, corner numbers, rows...etc, setting table for timing , setting table for last bet time before ball falls in the wheel.

You will have to provide Assets ( Sound and Graphics) simple or open source or free to use will also be acceptable.

You will also have to provide a simple common website to house all the games for user registration - message to admin, showing top players with max points , email verification

and

a backend panel for admin administration to view players , add points into their account or subtract points in case of any fraud , see who has max points

Database to be used is PostgresSQL , C# core - Run on Linux ( Ubuntu) servers.

As and when complete project is completed , More games will be discussed at a different price rate as decided by the developer.
