(A1800 ALPHA) electric meter reader software for windows c# ANSI C12.19 Decode

I need to read meter data and save to database using c#.

Meter is connecting with factory software over rs485.

factory software : METERCAT 3.2

connection protocol: ANSI C12.21

you can test your app by teamviewer and able to use portmonitor.

also i have a ansi c1221 paper.

so My project is ELECTRICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and I have not time to do this piece.
