Access email, read the content of attachment (.csv) automatically, insert data into DB.

Dear bidders,

I have an app that will send the file (.csv) to an email.

Periodically (for example, on Monday), I want access all emails in the inbox(unread emails), then read the content of attachment (.csv) automatically and insert the data into my Database.

Access inbox, read the content of attachment(file .csv is simple, just 10 columns), insert into DB: All are automatical.

Code will be ASP.NET/Web Form, C#, SQL Server.
