I'm looking for a SharePoint list/form work flow. This is for customer support ticket management. Workflow should be initiated manually or by customer email. After initiation it should flow to the concerned party depending on the product category. It should send an initiation confirmation email with auto-generated ID to the customer. Team members should be able to assign/re-assign/update the status on the workflow. After the ticket is closed, it should be moved to another list/repository to be called as knowledge base.
Note: The required list/workflow should be able to receive & send emails and auto-generate alpha-numeric ticket number.
