Parsing & Comparing Data on Different Websites -- Last to Score

I first want to point out that I am not looking for a BOT. Just something that looks for certain data and compares it.

I need a program that will parse thru 10 different websites and extract betting odds on specific sports/games. I need these odds to then be compared to each site to see if the “+” odds number (ignore the +) is greater than the “-” number (ignore the -) on both sides of the same game. For example, if one site has the baseball game Cardinals vs Mets and has the Cardinals at -120, and another site for the same game has the Mets at +130, you have an arb situation. In this case, I would like an automated email sent to me with the site names, games, and odds.

Some important things to know:

1. Not every site will list the same types of bets/odds. If a site doesn’t list it, it should be ignored.

2. Some sites list odds earlier than others. The program should continue checking each site.

3. Sites may call the games/types of bets/etc something slightly different. Example: some sites may call the baseball team “Cardinals”, while other sites might call them “St. Louis” or “St. Louis Cardinals”. The program must be able to include all variations.

4. Some sites have many, many more odds than I have listed. I tried to be very specific to make it easier. Please ignore any other odds/bets on these sites except the ones I specified.

5. Having some knowledge of betting odds is preferred, but not required.

6. Must have a good knowledge English. I say this because a previous worker and I had a very tough time understanding each other and it caused some miscommunication issues.

7. Please take a long look at these sites and what I’m looking for before bidding.

Please message me with any questions. Also, no need to login in to any of the sites. All the betting odds can be viewed without logging in. Also, although I want a constant search, I don’t want to bog down any of these sites where they block me. Maybe it can randomly search every 10 mins, 5 mins, 7 mins, etc…

VERY IMPORTANT. Please make sure to write this program in a way that more sites/categories, etc...can be added at a later time (new projects). I will DEFINITELY require both NBA and NFL to be added (in Sept for NFL and in Nov for NBA).
