PLEASE READ AND SUBMIT QUOTE. WE WILL NOT DISCUSS A QUOTE CHANGE LATER. I'm looking to utilize OpenPLC on a Raspberry Pi 4 for an industrial control system. This involves implementing advanced automation tasks. Key Requirements: - Proficient in the use of OpenPLC and Raspberry Pi - Experience in designing and implementing industrial control systems - Ability to program and manage advanced automation tasks We are separating the work in 4 phases and would like to get quote for PHASE 1 PHASE 1 DETAILS: SETUP SECTION: Step 1: Servo Motor 1 will rotate clockwise direction with 1 rotation / 3 sec speed at very low torque. Once the motor is stopped by mechanical force. The Position will be set as END + 15 Step. Once the position is recorded, the motor will rotate Anti-Clockwise direction with 1 rotation / 3 sec speed at very low torque. Once the motor is stopped by mechanical force. The Position will be set as START + 15 Step. The motor will then move to START POSITION. Step 2: Linear Driver will communicate with Linear Motor moving in backward direction with low Torque and when mechanically stopped will register the position as END POSITION + 15 step. Step 3: Servo Motor 1 will move to END POSITION. Step 4: Linear Driver will communicate with Linear Motor moving in forward direction with low Torque and when mechanically stopped will register the position as START POSITION + 15 step. SAVE DATA (Clicking on save data will register the data in system which will be used for any future use) Once the data is saved, any future testing will show the screen, with the BUTTON option CONTINUE WITH PREVIOUS DATA / UPDATE Clicking on Update will open the setup section again. Clicking on CONTINUE WITH PREVIOUS DATA will have the following Steps: Set fill percentage: The stroke length of Linear Motor from START to END will be divided in 100. User can set the percentage from 0 to 100 and that value will be set as FILL POSITION. Once the same is SET. User will click on START BUTTON. Step 5: Servo Motor 1 will move to START POSITION. Step 6: Linear Motor will move to FILL POSITION. Step 7: Servo Motor 1 will move to END POSITION. Step 8: Linear Motor will move to START POSITION. REPEAT BUTTON
