David Carson Auctions On-line Bidding

We currently run an auction business selling mainly livestock. Times are changing and we see the future being able to bid -on-line along with the live auctions in real time. We have used [login to view URL] in the past and we are looking for a similar set-up and program which is custom made to suit our auction and be used by us in house.

On average we do about 2 sales a week. Mostly livestock sales, Dairy, Beef and horses. We would want the online system linked to our web-site and for 95% of the sales it will all be in-house. We currently do the streaming of the sales with phone in bidding but we can see the future will be more on-line bidding as people are getting busier and not able to spend the time to go to the auctions. We have hired Live Auctions for our bigger sales, probably about 6 times this year and want to provide a similar system with just a few changes.

- Register to bid 2 buttons (Watch & Bid)

- Create a set account that once done will be their allocated Lot Number for all future sales. We would like to make them click on the type of sale they are interested in i.e. Dairy, Beef, Machinery or Horse. They would need to provide - Name, address, e-mail plus we would like to have them submit their, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal account.

- System can run exactly as it does right now for the live auctions. This system seems to run well.

- Report would be the following:

Registered bidders

Bidding report by Lot number

Lot Number bought on line linked to the registered buyers list.

Report showing all viewers on-line

We would want the system customised under the David Carson Auction System and Logo so at this is a feature to be included with our sales and attract more sale.

Could you give us a price to set up this system as I have asked or if you could see an alternative option that you would recommend?

We would like to have this system up and running by the spring. No later than April and if you think this is a possible timeline.
