Port windows 7 internet kiosk app to windows 10 (MASM/Win32API!!!)

Job Description:
You will need to write/port a new agent app basing on existining app example (all source codes included: assembler and C++).
Agent is an advanced internet kiosk app. All statistics are stored on server, agent allows access control and count time, coins, etc: see features below.
[1st.] priority task is to make agent work on Windows10 x64 (now works only on win7x64) and make all components 64bit (compile x64)
Key components which need to be done are: [login to view URL] (main app), [login to view URL] (time counting panel), [login to view URL] (sending lic to server & some other actions which needed to be researched cause [login to view URL] source code is PARTIAL), [login to view URL] (coins counter) which needs to work with just one USB coin counter machine (drivers provided)
I.e. new app parts need to work the same as current but on win10 and apps need to be x64.
All other extern components (bitdisk, nocad, netfilter apps) can be dropped. But dropping will need key components (listed above) code correction to prevent errors & app exits because of missing dropped components.

[2nd] stage: fully port key apps (surfcontrol, crview, bablo) from assembler to C++. Provide source codes.

[3rd] stage: integrate and test all ported components and fix minor issues which could be missed on 1st and 2nd stages.

Base features of agent app which will need to work 100% with current Surfcontrol server:
1) Desktop locking and unlocking after payment. After unlocking client goes directly to the desktop with all access (there will be hdd "time shift" app to restore the default state after user logout)
2. payment app ("Phönix Megano", "WH Berlin", "NRI" coin machines)
3. Loging / password window (full screen)
4. Server connection for timings / stats/ etc. check server side instruction here [login to view URL]) You will need to implement just agent side portion.
5. Web-browser kiosk feature - a "free of paymnet" button which lunches web-browser locked to the single site.
6. Direct internet cafe feature when the manager sends direct command to unlock the desktop for a given time (user payed directly to manager)
