Creating a Human-Digital Interaction Design for DVLA
The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is responsible for the vehicle licence in a country (colloquially known as the "tax disc" or “road tax”). The Treasury in conjunction with the DVLA is experimenting with new vehicle tax rate payments which are officially known as Vehicle Excise Duty [VED]. They have asked you to design a prototype system with harmonized interfaces which will give them a Total Sales Item calculation, a text search and a VED valuation based on various criteria. This prototype system will be implemented in Visual Basic. you should use a Visual Studio 2010 as the prototyping tool.
