Time Tracking and Employee monitoring tool

Hi Programmers, Lets give some background as where the app will be used for : I have a linkbuilding business with outsourcers. It needs to be an app that can replace the oDesk app. Although i'm very happy with oDesk they don't allow PayPal payments to my employees which kind of gets me aggitated. So the app will have to do everything the oDesk app can do think of : Tools • Team Room: See who's working, what they're doing, and chat in real time. • Time Tracker: Log time to your Work Diary. • Uploader : Upload finished work / Partially finished work. • Reviewer : Review function for the uploader. >> This can be explained further. Features • Task: Tell the employer what you're working on. • Meter: View time/earnings on hourly contracts. • Camera: Enable screen snapshots while logging time. Should be automatic on a certain interval. • Cache: Continue logging time even when your connection is interrupted. • Automatic payment registration, so I can pay all the employees through a mass PayPal file. Basicly where talking about a oDesk clone without the website backend. However certain things should be possible through an online gateway. Also it will have to add some things to my website. Like numbers how many sites have been added etc. This product will be totally mine, and you can't resell or reuse it for another purpose. I will need the source code and installer. Regards, Aaron
