89801 modify asm code,circuit layout

i have a source code and the layout for a project with pic 12c509 and i need to modify or to add some functions to send data from the pic to eeprom 24cXXX and to read it via com db9. i need the windows exe also for that. the data in the eeprom should be with date and time stamp. i will send the asm code, and the layout of the circuit that you have to modify after i choose the bidder. bid only if you did that before and you know about programming pic's. any questions are well coming
