Project deals with an ATmega128 microcontroller on a PCB board (see attached images). This project is in preparation for a prototype to be produced based on the original. The Atmega128 is currently loaded with firmware that must be downloaded so that it may be modified to meet new specifications. This could be accomplished using an ASIX PRESTO programmer or any other method that the bidder sees fit. Downloading firmware from ATmega128 is of paramount importance, everything else is secondary. The microcontroller can be removed from the board to accomplish this task. If the bidder has successfully downloaded the firmware from the microcontroller, has the required qualifications, and wishes on continue with the second part of the project, then at that point we may discuss the parameters of modifying the firmware in preparation for the production of a prototype. The latter, however, is not a necessity! The important part is obtaining the firmware from the ATmega128 microcontroller!
