I am re-posting a project due to failures of other bidders but still confident that there must be some wizards still out there looking for a challenge!
I require someone who can reverse-engineer the following:
1: Remove old version of hasp dongle.
2: Fix Y2K error so that age of individual is available option after year 2000.
3: Port to windows 7 32 and 64 bit.
4: Add new button style to interface, old style look very unprofessional
5: Add help button link on menu to point to .chm help file included in install
6: Adjust interface compression to work with smaller size monitors if possible
7: Disable a few outdated functions in program
Two files are required, both around 1 meg each. I will send these files to bidders who think they may be able to tackle such a project. This program was never available to the market or individuals, it is simply old research software that I was involved with over a decade ago which was abandoned and would like to update this program so that I can use it on windows 7 32 and 64 bit systems.
The situation now is that the current 32 bit Hasp driver is not available for 64 bit systems and the company who makes these drivers do not seem too interested in updating their drivers or they would have already accomplished new drivers for windows 7. It is best to get rid of the hasp code all together and not be dependent on poorly supported security drivers.
Full or milestone payment only when I see image snapshots of working program. If you cannot send me an snapshot image of working program, then we simply cannot work with you.
Must be willing to sign non-disclosure agreement.

I have successfully patched EXE files to skip old LPT Hasp dongles. I can rewrite a working exe out of a disassembled one. Please consider sending more details so I can set a more serious and accurate bid.
