The aim to carry out surveys using Symbian OS. The surveys are carried out by companies who subscribe to our ASP. The application is not aimed at the consumer market. Specific instructions can be sent to users through sms, wap, or verbal.
We can restrict the application to Symbian series 2 phones if necessary.

(i) Sever application that will be integrated into our existing internet based application.
(ii) Simple UI that will allow the survey administrator to determine the matrix of the survey i.e. what multimedia is required, what questions (fields) are required.
(iii) Server Application Module for your development. Integration will be our responsibility.
(c) Data to server: Via http post, multipart. (For our own development)
3. Modus Operandi
(a) The survey administrator logs on to the server and creates a new survey consisting of multimedia and questions consisting of various field types.

Prompts user to save photograph or re-take photograph
Prompts user to answer questions:
Name of institution [text]
Contact Person [text]
Is the premises a [LIST: School, Clinic, Police Station]
Prompts user to send.
(b) The administrator alerts the user via sms, wap, voice to download the new survey
(c) User downloads application over the air via http.
(d) Deploys field survey
If no signal the client application will prompt user to send when there is a signal available.
