This project will create a simulation program for Blackjack. Knowledge of the terms and rules of Blackjack is required.
This will not be a game, the user will make no decisions after the initial simulation set-up. The simulation will prompt the user for the desired amount of hands to run the simulation (up to 1 million), as well as a few other conditions (initial bet, starting capital, amount of splits tolerated per hand, etc.).
The program will execute the desired number of hands based on a provided play strategy for a game using 4 standard decks. Each hand will be an independent trial. The bet for each hand will change based on the outcome of the previous hand.
The program will also track statistics to be output at the conclusion of the simulation. Profit and loss, ending capital, etc.
Full details given to winning bidder via e-mail or Yahoo Messenger if necessary. Communication should be the same. Project only needs to be completed within 3 weeks, so part-time bidders are acceptable.
The program must be compatible with the free C++ GNU compiler. ([url removed, login to view]). Due to the simplicity of the input and output, a Windows interface is not required. The program may run under DOS.
Winning bidder will be required to maintain program for a period of 1 month after final version. Expect a few minor tweaks/alterations to finalize project.
