Communication with a chess UCI engine.

I am looking for someone with past experience in this.

I need someone who has already worked on a chess UCI engine and knows how to communicate with it. I need to use the chess uci engine (same as shredder of fritz provides). I need to load the opening books and end game database also. The entire protocol is open source and available. I need someone who can provide a continous communcation with the engine ( its a console based program) and has previous experience. I hae all gui and everything ready just need the communication with this engine to make AI moves.

Since my primary target is for "Blitz - 1 minute rounds". I need to do it fast so opening moves and endgame database has to be loaded.

Alternatively, if you can provide me with a sample on how to maintain an open communication with this program without terminating it always in .net. I can also consider that
