I am looking for an experience team of coders to make server side application which have following functionalities:
1) system should accept text documents in MS office and in Openoffice formats (*.doc, *.odt)
2) It apply also to MS excel and OpenOffice Calc files (*.xls and *.odc)
3) System should open/ edit / close /save accepted documents online.
4) all file operation should have been possible on the server AND on the local computer - system should have ability to upload documents from local computer to a server, than edit them online. After editing user should have posibility to download documents to his personal computer.
Big plus for a team who can make an TYPO3 module from such an configuration.
You can use whatever technology You want to accomplish this. You can ie: make all neccessary modifications/settings to open-office code and install it on a server to do it.
Please think about requirements carefully
This is work for not only experience coder but also for an aspiring one.
