Install FORUM script site

Basically you have to install forums, and create a homepage - that will link them all together.
The site is basically like Craigslist, but each subdomain has it's own forum. You have to install the forums, insert adsense, and create the homepage link/directory.
LOWest bid wins.
ideally, a script or something should be created...that can automate this otherwise repetitive task of installing alot of forums, and each having the same topics.
Here's a sample site, which is colleges...but this site will have highschools listed. college---campus---forum---c0m
