we are a US based company and we are looking for someone who could develop a call center application that uses Skype for the backend.

I love the setup of the call center for prettymay. I want everything the prettymay call center has. ( voicemail, call recordings, prompts for departments, the inbound must be able to work also without prompts. such as I want to be able to set it up so that when someone calls in it goes directly to the agents. If possible I would like to be able to disposition calls ( call back, answering machine, do not call )
The main part is the dialer system.
Prettymay call center has an outbound dialer but we need to be able to have a dialer running through a list of numbers, these numbers will come from say a csv that has numbers, names, addresses etc... the dialer will call the numbers from the list, when the line gets answered, the system will pass the call to an agent.
basically this system should work like most other dialer systems but use skype as the backend.
