vocoder/codec port to ARM7 microprocessor

You will be porting/compiling a CELP vocoder (2000 lines of C code provided) to the Philips LPC21XX ARM7 Microprocessor.

Open to receive proposals for any other implementation of a narrowband efficient (up to 6.4 Kbps) vocoder for the same architecture.

Upon request, I will send the source code. Deliverables are the source code and the compiled working binary.
