Develop and test Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol using existing circuit boards:
1x Mother board,
1x communication board c/w 1 RS232 and 1 x RS485 and Modbus RTU 127 addresses
1 x metering unit board
All boards are communicating with CAN BUS.
The software is actually done with MPLAB 7.2, using C and compilation is executed with MPLAB C30 2.02. All tests are done with Modscan32.
1- Extend the Modbus addresses from 127 to 255 in the existent software. Implementation test of this phase.
2- Implement the TCP/IP stack compatible with the used microcontroller. Stack implementation test
3- Implement Modbus TCP/IP protocol and test.
4- Translate the existing Modbus RTU stack to TCP/IP and its implementation. Test of the implementation
5- Implement the HTTP server for WEB access configuration and its test.
6- Web pages development, implementation and test on of all parameters configurations via the web pages
7- Implement software upgrading downloads via TCP/IP including the implementation of the FTP in the software, FTP server in the TCP/IP stack. downloads test from remote stations.
8- Documentation of all the above

Completed project must be fully functionally and bug-free for final payment.
Must stand behind work for 3 months after final payment.
Formalize and finalize, in detail, all functional application requirements.
Design application, including all application modules.
Write all source codes.
Communicate frequently with Primax
Implement the applications to test all aspects of functionality including quality assurance.
All work must be guaranteed 100% satisfaction.
