Audio VST Client Server Plugin

Im seeking one or more partners to develop a VST Plugin which enables connection between two DAW systems over the internet. It should be able to exchange audio, video, chat and midi data in nearly realtime, based on buffersettings. The users should be able to run nearly whatever software host they want as long as it fullfill VST standard.
It could be Cubase, Live or Sonar.
I know there are companies working on something alike, but the difference between these and my idea, is that my idea is not based on a main server connection with a monthly payment. But on a single buy and use plugin with direct internet connection between two systems.
Please throw in some feedback, since im not sure how to accomplys this idea and again, only serious bids.
