I hold a proprietary technology patent for a drone and taser, both designed for lethal use, and need a seasoned consultant who can guide it from intellectual property into a revenue-generating product on the international stage. The assignment spans the full commercialization journey—from validating market demand through to the first launch. The project will involve export-controlled considerations. What I need from you: • Market research: quantify TAM/SAM/SOM, map competitors and adjacent IP, and surface the most attractive sectors and regions to enter first. • Business strategy development: craft positioning, pricing, revenue models (licensing vs. direct product sales), partnership or JV opportunities, financial projections, and a phased rollout roadmap. • Product launch planning: outline a go-to-market plan detailing timelines, channel strategy, regulatory or standards checkpoints, and milestone metrics I can hand to investors or internal teams. Acceptance criteria: 1. A concise research dossier with data sources and clear insights that support the chosen target segments. 2. A slide-based strategic plan plus an executive summary that an investor can review in ten minutes or less. 3. A 90-day and 12-month launch playbook, including critical path, KPIs, and resource estimates. Proficiency with tools such as SWOT/TAM analyses, Lean Canvas, financial modeling in Excel, and product-roadmap platforms (e.g., Aha!, Trello, or Monday) will be valuable. Prior success in taking technology IP to global markets is essential; examples or case studies will speed up selection.
