Photography Studio Business Development Partner

Project Title: Business Development & Outreach Partner for Photography Studio Project Description: Camera Maverick, a photography studio specializing in beauty, fashion, product, lifestyle, and commercial shoots, is seeking a Business Development & Outreach Partner. The ideal candidate will have experience in BD/outreach/client servicing and a deep understanding of production workflows involving agencies, production houses, and brands. Responsibilities include initiating professional conversations via Email and LinkedIn, positioning Camera Maverick as a reliable photography partner, qualifying leads based on scope and budget, and collaborating closely with the founder on messaging. This role is commission-based with long-term potential. Commission Structure: - 15% on the first project with a new client - 10% on repeat projects - 7–10% on retainers/long-term tie-ups Commission applies only to photography professional fees (as per SOW), payable after project confirmation and client advance. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in business development or outreach - Familiarity with production houses, agencies, SOWs, and day-rate structures - Strong written communication skills for crafting professional emails/LinkedIn messages - Relationship-first mindset with long-term thinking
