Market Research Specialist Needed – Motor Industry (PRG International Electricals Pvt. Ltd.)

We are PRG International Electricals Pvt. Ltd., a trusted manufacturer of stator and rotor laminations for the global motor industry. As part of our growth strategy, we are preparing for the release of new solutions and are looking for a skilled Market Researcher to support our market entry. Key tasks include: • Identifying and approaching motor industry OEMs, manufacturers, and buyers with requirements for stator and rotor laminations. • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with potential clients. • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities in assigned regions. • Generating qualified leads and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities. • Acting as a local representative of our company, presenting our capabilities and coordinating with our India team. • Supporting in negotiations, proposals, and closing deals. • Providing periodic reports on client interactions, opportunities, and competitor insights. Ideal skills and experience: • Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the motor, electrical, or engineering industries. • Strong network of contacts with OEMs, motor manufacturers, or related industries. • Ability to understand and explain technical products (stator & rotor laminations). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (other regional languages a plus). • Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality. • Proven track record of generating leads or closing B2B deals. • Based overseas (outside India) with ability to operate independently.
