Communication: Native or professional fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage for the UAE market. Network: A pre-existing portfolio of industry contacts and decision-maker access. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling abilities. Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are often preferred for client visits.
