InnovatEraX Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to work with us on a commission-based model. We provide services including: • Website & Web Application Development • Mobile App Development • AI Automation & AI Solutions • SaaS Product Development • Chatbots & Business Automation • UI/UX Design • Digital Marketing What you’ll do: • Find and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, social media, freelance platforms, and other channels. • Generate qualified leads for our services. • Understand client requirements and communicate them with our technical team. • Schedule meetings and assist in converting leads into projects. • Maintain relationships with prospects and potential clients. • Follow up consistently until the deal is closed. Compensation: This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary initially. You will receive a percentage of the value of projects successfully brought and closed through your efforts. We are open to discussing the commission structure based on the type and value of the project. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to independently find and approach prospects. • Understanding of websites, software development, SaaS, or AI services is a plus. • Students, freelancers, and early-career professionals with strong sales skills are welcome.
