Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Services Job Type: Full-time/Part time Location: Bengaluru Experience: Fresher Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base for our Digital Marketing Services. Our company provides digital marketing and promotional services to businesses, helping them build their online presence, reach more customers, and grow their brand. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential businesses, approach them, explain our digital marketing services, and convert them into clients. This is a field-oriented sales and business development role, where you will be expected to meet potential clients in person as well as use phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels for client acquisition. Key Responsibilities * Identify and research potential business clients who may benefit from digital marketing services. * Visit businesses and approach potential clients in person to introduce our company and services. * Explain our digital marketing solutions clearly and understand the client's marketing requirements. * Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, calls, social media, and other channels. * Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients. * Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until conversion. * Convert prospects into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Coordinate with our internal digital marketing team after a client is acquired to ensure a smooth handover of requirements. * Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. * Keep track of local businesses and identify new opportunities for client acquisition. Important: What This Role Involves This position is primarily focused on client acquisition and business development, not on managing clients digital marketing campaigns. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our company's digital marketing services and bringing new clients to the company. Once a client is acquired, our internal team will handle the digital marketing services and campaign execution. Requirements * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers. * Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person. * Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets. * Ability to explain services and convince potential clients. * Good follow-up and negotiation skills. * Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, and online branding is an advantage. * Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply. * Previous experience in sales, business development, field sales, or digital marketing sales is also preferred.
