Your primary weapon will be cold calling—if the phone isn’t your comfort zone, this assignment won’t suit you. Here’s the deal: every client you land earns you a 20 % commission on the revenue they bring in. The engagement is short term, but if you’re consistently booking solid calls we can extend. What you’ll actually do • Build or tap into targeted lead lists of founders and decision-makers at early-stage and growth-stage finance startups. • Craft compelling phone pitches, handle objections on the spot, and secure calendar appointments for me (Zoom or in-person when practical). • Keep simple, accurate notes in whichever CRM you prefer so we both have visibility on pipeline status and follow-ups. Acceptance criteria A meeting counts when the prospect: 1. Fits the finance-startup profile (U.S. or U.K. based, decision authority verified). 2. Confirms a specific time slot on my calendar. 3.
