I am looking for a mid level (2-3 years experienced) proactive business development manager who has worked in the technology sector (IT - AI - Data science). The freelancer should have excellent experience in finding the leads for all or any of the following: - Contract developer requirements - Application development - Staff augmentation The freelancer should have good experience in complete cycle - starting from finding the leads to closing the leads. Must have technical recruitment experience to source candidates through job portals, linkedin etc. Timings: 2 hours a day to start with. Budget: Rs.10,000 per month + commission (for closed leads) Excellent communication skills is mandatory.
