Title: Salesperson Needed (On-Site preferred / Remote considered) – Jalgaon, Maharashtra Category: Sales / Telemarketing / Business Development Description: Easy Trading Institute (ETI), a Jalgaon-based institute offering Indian Market and Forex trading education, is hiring a Salesperson. Location: On-site preferred (Jalgaon locals preferred) — remote/online candidates may also be considered. What you'll do: You'll receive leads directly from us — no cold calling or lead generation required. Your job is to call these leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into enrolled students. You'll also call existing students for announcements, fee reminders, and other updates, and collect feedback. You'll be solely responsible for follow-ups and will report to seniors on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome) Graduate Working knowledge of Marketing and Excel Good command of English, Marathi, and Hindi Strong communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable with phone-based outreach Own laptop preferred Compensation: On-site: Fixed Base Salary + Incentive on every conversion. Total earning potential: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month. Remote/Online: Little to no fixed base — primarily incentive-based on conversions.
