I am looking for a reliable and professional Hotel Business Development Consultant to help improve the efficiency of few hotels. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of continuously striving to find new ways to optimize operations, generally maximize use of resources. Our hotels are highly profitable( 90 percent occupany, top notch ARR ) already so we are primarily looking for someone to improve organisational efficiency to i as founder can focus on expansion.
The consultant will be provided with various data points to assess and analyze, including historical profits, expenses, revenue, operations, staffing, and more. After analyzing the data, the consultant will be asked to develop strategies and action plans to identify areas of improvement and make operational changes that will boost efficiency.
The consultant should have extensive experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, including an in-depth knowledge of all the components of hotel businesses. The consultant must also be adept at working under pressure, and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in order to meet tight deadlines and tackle complex projects.
