ERP High level Gap Analysis support -- 2

I am doing a consultancy for a small retail business and need your support in making a Gap Analysis for an existing MS Dynamics project in retail industry. few scattered days is needed from the freelancer over 4 weeks time. Support means to propose set of necessary forms and checklists to be provided from the client. Next to analyze responses and bring out high level gap analysis report in a professional manner. Client is a small Retail outlet with 8 branches using MS Dynamics with some issues faced in some implementation aspects. Upon successful gap analysis a rectification project will be brought as a result of the gap analysis and with much bigger involvement.
