We are seeking a methodical and detail-oriented professional to handle client and vendor data processing. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately completing sales and expenses worksheets by progressing through a strict procedural workflow. You will evaluate and verify suppliers and customers, generate realistic invoice records, and execute rigorous quality checks before final submission. Key Responsibilities:Review and classify financial transaction records within spreadsheets based on specific value thresholds. Evaluate potential B2B software, digital, and professional service vendors to ensure they logically align with business purchasing capabilities. Assess target companies to identify highly logical clients for B2B service sales. Perform thorough business verification checks using official corporate registries, official VAT checking tools, and AI prompts to ensure entities are active and accurate. Maintain a centralized master list to accurately record and color-code the passing or failing results of all verification checks. Match pre-approved subscription and miscellaneous vendors to expense records using documented public pricing audits. Generate unique, accurately formatted invoice numbers, embedded supplier references, and bank-statement strings utilizing specific syntax rules and distinct AI workflows. Conduct comprehensive, multi-step quality assurance reviews to confirm data consistency, company counts, and formatting accuracy prior to finalizing the documents. Requirements & Skills:Exceptional attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to following standard operating procedures in their exact order without skipping steps. High proficiency in spreadsheet management, including navigating across multiple interconnected workbooks and applying specific categorization logic. Strong research and verification skills to investigate company suitability and confirm valid business registration details.
