Concise CBRN Risk Assessment

I need a short, high-level CBRN risk assessment focused on one specific location in the Middle East (site details shared after award). The study must prioritise chemical threats, yet still address biological and radiological hazards for context. Please examine nearby chemical plants, oil refineries and other manufacturing facilities, then develop credible exposure scenarios around accidental release and deliberate sabotage or attack. Your report should flow like a consulting brief senior management can act on: • Executive summary highlighting key findings • Threat overview covering chemical, biological and radiological vectors • Inventory of relevant industrial facilities in the surrounding area • Scenario analysis for accidental release and hostile acts, with likelihood and impact ratings • Personnel and operational impact discussion • Practical, actionable risk-reduction recommendations (engineering, procedural and training measures) • Clear statement of information gaps or uncertainties • Dated, publicly available citations Please draw on recognised open-source references, regional industrial safety data and any specialty CBRN modelling tools you normally use. I welcome your proposed fixed price and turnaround time, plus a brief note on your past CBRN, industrial safety or environmental risk work.
