Wooden Shed Engineering Stamp

I need an engineered stamp for a permit on one medium-sized wooden storage shed (100-200 sq ft) and a 20 foot container. Primary issue is the attachment to the ground for hurricane protection. I have engineered plans from the shed manufacturer for the building, but they are generic and not for my exact building. The shed is on top of hard packed base and sandy soil. The container hold down clamps that are bolted to concrete will work as the container is on a 4" slab.
