I understand that you already have the architectural set and need a complete structural package covering the foundation and steel framing, including calculations, member sizing, connections, and coordinated construction drawings suitable for permit review. I can prepare the foundation layout, footing schedule, reinforcement details, steel framing plans, elevations, beam and column sizing, connection details, structural notes, and a concise calculation report showing gravity and lateral load paths. The design will be developed in accordance with the applicable local building code and relevant IBC, AISC, ACI, or Eurocode provisions depending on the project jurisdiction. Deliverables can be provided in PDF together with original CAD/Revit files. If professional certification or a sealed package is required, that can be addressed based on the project location and local authority requirements.
