Residential Footing Certification Needed

I need a engineers stamp for a detached, single story garage. Footing certification only. I met with inspector today and we discussed options. I've worked with the inspector before and he is willing to allow this type footing if I can get a engineers stamp on the drawing. I have uploaded two files one of a footing that I adjusted to reflect my project and a floorplan of my project. This footing is just for the main pour and the smaller slab in the drawing will be poured at a later date. Thank you. Key Requirements: - need an engineers stamp on footing drawing.
