Family and Business Compound

I am interested in a drawing of a multi home family compound and vacation rental community. The property sits on 60 acres of land and I would like a drawing to generate ideas on how to develop the property for current and future use. The land is split by a lake in the center and one side of the lake will be used for multiple family homes and the other side of the lake will be used for vacation rental cottages. The land should include the following key features on the family/residence side of the lake...... 2 farmhouse style homes distanced from one another each with landscaping that compliments the home. A pool that both homes can enjoy with a pool house near the pool. The pool area should include an outdoor fireplace and gathering area. To the side of the homes there should be a boat dock added to house a boat and jet skis. There is a beach on the water for water based recreational activities. About 1 mile from 1 of the homes there is a large space cultivated for a large garden that includes a nearby barn for equipment and gardening supplies along with a small guest cottage. The farm and garden area covers approximately 1/2 acre of the property. The other side of the lake will be used for rental vacation cottages. On this side of the lake there are 5 smaller cottages each with immense trees and landscaping to offer privacy and where possible each should enjoy a view of the lake. On the side of the lake with the small cottages there is also a beach area, and a small shelter to house canoes and other water sport items. This side of the property will be used for short term vacation rentals. There are lots of trees on the property. Behind the cottages in the distance is an open pavilion, a large fire pit with seating for gatherings, and a children's play area. There is also a running trail around the property and lake. There are driving paths to each home and throughout the property on both sides of the lake that can be navigated by a car or golf cart. In the rear of the property is an open area for future development for recreational use . There are hiking and ATV trails throughout wooded areas of property for visitor exploration . There is a separate, commercial entrance with signage to the property on the side of the lake housing the small cottages. This entrance will have a guard house and gated entrance for visitors. There is also a sundry shop with workout room and check-in area for guests near this entrance. On this side of the property there is also a gathering hall with a large porch for large events that can house approximately 50 people. It will also have parking spaces for large groups. The family side of the property where the larger houses are located will also have a separate entrance that includes a long tree lined driveway. This side of the property includes the permanent homes for the family. The 60 areas are currently undeveloped land and we are looking for ideas on how to develop the land now and into the future.
