California-Licensed Engineer for Commercial Project

Draftworks Designs LLC is seeking a **California-licensed Civil or Structural Engineer** for ongoing project-based collaboration. The first assignment is a small commercial site improvement project in Martinez, California requiring development of **permit-ready drawings, structural calculations, and signed/stamped engineering documents**. The engineer should be able to review project requirements, develop the design from the information and field dimensions we provide, prepare the necessary structural details and calculations, and support reasonable plan-check revisions through permit approval.
