I am preparing to build a 2-story lake house and need architectural drawings including electrical and plumbing as well as a foundation drawing with all footings specified. I have attached a high-level drawing as well as the location of this home. Additionally, I would like a 3D rendering of this home. Additional features that are not mentioned in the high-level drawing include the use of CMUs as the structural members of the walls, metal beams for support of the 2nd floor and the roof.
