I require a seasoned construction manager, registered with CIOB, to oversee a residential project. If you're also UK based RICS certified and can validate project milestones, that's a significant advantage. I need the freelancer to have the relevant qualification and registrations. Key Responsibilities: - Review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance - Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans - Approve work completion based on assessments Qualifications: - CIOB Registration - Project Management Certification - RICS Membership (preferred but not mandatory) - Health and Safety Certification (a plus) This role may evolve into a permanent position for the right candidate.
