SharePoint-based QMS Enhancement

By bidding, you confirm that your price reflects the full scope of the project. I'm seeking help to fix, and enhance our existing SharePoint-based Quality Management System (QMS). The goal is a stable, simplified, branded, and maintainable solution that resolves current reliability, usability, and design issues. Scope of work Review the existing SharePoint Online QMS, consisting of one document library, associated lists, pages, navigation, and existing documentation. Fix and stabilise the single external supplier questionnaire workflow end‑to‑end. Fix and stabilise one document approval workflow, ensuring reliable behaviour for: Non‑PDF files (including Visio), particularly during revisions. Improve handling of document revisions, metadata, versioning, approval status, and lifecycle within the existing library. Improve Power Automate reliability (ownership, expiry risk, and error handling). Rationalise information structure and navigation within the single library. Redesign QMS pages and apply existing company branding (no mockups provided). Make the solution practical and maintainable for internal administrators. Ideal Candidate Proven experience delivering or fixing SharePoint (Online'‑based QMS or document management systems. Strong hands‑on experience with Power Automate workflows, including troubleshooting broken or unreliable flows. Experience handling document approval processes, metadata, versioning, and non‑standard file types (e.g. Visio). Comfortable simplifying complex SharePoint structures and improving usability. Able to apply basic branding and UX improvements within SharePoint. Methodical, security‑aware, and able to work under NDA. All work will be done through remote access.
